Electronic Signature Consent

This disclosure explains what happens when you sign a Palanor Order Form electronically. Palanor, Inc. (“Palanor”) provides it under the federal Electronic Signatures in Global and National Commerce Act (15 U.S.C. §7001 et seq., “ESIGN”) and applicable state enactments of the Uniform Electronic Transactions Act (“UETA”).

1. Your consent

By checking the electronic-signature consent box and submitting an Order Form through Palanor’s online order-form surface, you affirmatively consent to (a) conduct the transaction electronically, (b) receive the related records and disclosures electronically, and (c) use an electronic signature in place of a handwritten one.

2. What constitutes your signature

Typing your full legal name in the signature field and submitting the form constitutes your electronic signature. It has the same force and effect as a handwritten signature on a paper document. You are representing that you are the person named and that you are authorized to bind the organization identified on the Order Form.

3. What Palanor records

At the moment of signature, Palanor records and retains:

• the name, title, and email address you enter;
• the date and time of signature;
• the IP address and browser user-agent from which it was submitted;
• which acceptances you gave, recorded individually;
• the version identifiers of the Master Service Agreement, Privacy Policy, and this disclosure as displayed to you; and
• a cryptographic hash (SHA-256) of the commercial terms exactly as rendered on your screen.

The hash is the mechanism that establishes what you signed. If the terms of an executed Order Form were ever altered afterward, the hash would no longer match — which is what makes the record tamper-evident.

4. Your right to a paper copy

You may request a paper copy of any Order Form you sign electronically, at no charge, by writing to legal@palanor.com. A countersigned copy is also emailed to you automatically once Palanor executes the Order Form, and remains downloadable from the link you used to sign.

5. Your right to withdraw consent

You may withdraw your consent to transact electronically at any time by writing to legal@palanor.com. Withdrawal takes effect prospectively only: it does not affect the validity or enforceability of any Order Form already executed. If you withdraw consent before signing, Palanor will provide paper documents instead.

6. Hardware and software requirements

To access and retain these records you need: a current version of a standard web browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, or Edge) with cookies and JavaScript enabled; an active email account; and either a printer or sufficient storage to retain a copy. If these requirements change in a way that materially affects your ability to access the records, Palanor will notify you and offer a renewed opportunity to consent.

7. Keeping your contact details current

Notify Palanor at legal@palanor.com if your email address changes, so that countersigned copies and contract notices continue to reach you.

8. Scope

This consent applies to Order Forms and related contract records executed through Palanor’s online order-form surface. It does not replace the Master Service Agreement, which governs the substance of the parties’ relationship, or the Privacy Policy, which governs personal data.
