Council Briefings
Quarterly strategic briefings for Council customers and a small invited audience.
The first Council Briefing is being scheduled. Briefings are held quarterly — small, in-person where possible, virtual when not. Topics rotate across the standing scenario libraries: capital cycles, AI margin compression, talent dislocation, geopolitical reordering.
Council customers receive automatic invitations. A limited number of seats are released to qualified non-customers each cycle.

Roundtables
Curated, off-the-record conversations among stewards.
Roundtables are convened by invitation in major financial and operating cities. Each gathers a dozen stewards around a single weighted scenario — to pressure-test it, to surface what the public conversation is missing, and to compare leading actions across portfolios.
The first roundtable will be announced once the calendar is set.
Conference Appearances
Public-facing speaking engagements by Tim Woodring on category creation, the discipline of stewardship, and the future of enterprise software.
No public appearances are scheduled. Programmers building agendas around enterprise AI, scenario planning, category creation, or the future of strategy software are invited to reach out.
