Pilot Engagement

Six weeks of seeing clearly.

A defined engagement with a defined outcome. We configure Palanor to your business, author the scenarios your board cares about, and deliver your first Quarterly Briefing — a written read your leadership team can carry into the next meeting.

Length
Six weeks
Investment
$35,000
Outcome
A continuing partnership — or a clean exit with everything you built.

The six weeks

Week 1

Calibration

A working session with your leadership team encodes the business profile — industry, model, risk surface, strategic priorities. Numen is configured against it. Three Schemas from the Palanor catalog are adopted and tuned to your organization. Thirty to fifty priority signals are weighted to your strategic posture.

Outcome — Numen understands your business. The dashboard is yours, not generic.

Week 2

Your first scenario

We author your first scenario together via Loom Canvas — the proprietary signal-mapping canvas. The graph you build embeds your actual thesis. Probability scoring goes live; the four-board scenario detail page (Data, Narrative, Timeline, Leading Action) generates from the topology.

Outcome — One scenario active, scored, narrated.

Week 3

Second scenario + Schema customization

A second scenario, authored your way — either Guided (Numen-led) or Builder (every field in your hand). The three adopted Schemas get per-indicator priority overrides. Context News is configured to deliver daily briefs to three to five named stakeholders.

Outcome — Two scenarios scored, three Schemas tuned, Context News emailing your leadership team.

Week 4

Your Quarterly Briefing

Numen drafts your first Quarterly Briefing — a written read of the twelve Palanor Indices, your adopted Schema stage readings, your active scenarios with probability trajectories, and the leading actions Palanor would recommend. Tim reviews and edits before delivery.

Outcome — A PDF + a permanent link your board, your investors, or your LP base can carry into their next conversation.

Week 5

Council session

A ninety-minute executive briefing with Tim. We walk your leadership through the platform reads — Indices, Schemas, Scenarios, Loom Canvas — then pressure-test one strategic decision you are currently facing using Palanor as the instrument. A Numen-voice memo follows within forty-eight hours.

Outcome — A memo your team will reference for months.

Week 6

Continuation

A structured conversation about what is next. You choose: a Watcher or Steward subscription, a Council partnership, or a clean exit with everything you built. The artifacts — your briefing, your scenarios, your scoring history — carry forward into the subscription seamlessly.

Outcome — A continuing partnership, or your work to keep regardless.

What you walk away with

Continue or not, you keep the work.

  • Your Quarterly Briefing — PDF + permanent link.
  • Two custom scenarios — fully scored, narrated, with leading actions defined.
  • Three tuned Schemas — interpretive frameworks scored against your signals.
  • The signal lattice — thirty to fifty signals weighted to your strategic surface.
  • The Council session memo — Tim's read on a strategic decision you faced.
  • Numen, configured — the agent understands your business profile.

Investment

$35,000

  • $10,000 methodology fee — paid up front; covers Numen configuration and signal lattice calibration.
  • $25,000 engagement fee — 50% at start, 50% at the Quarterly Briefing delivery.

The pilot investment credits fifty percent toward the first year of a Watcher or Steward subscription if signed within thirty days of pilot end.

After the pilot

Watcher

$30K / year

Intelligence pillar — Context News, Signals, Indices, Scenarios. The default continuation.

Steward

$75K / year

Intelligence + Relationships pillar. For PE and family-office customers tracking portfolios.

Council

$250K / year

All three pillars plus a named Council partnership with Tim. For boards and institutional LPs.

Who this is for

The pilot is built for organizations with $50M to $1B in annual revenue, a named executive sponsor, a quarterly reporting cadence, and a strategic question they do not yet have a defensible answer to.

If you are a PE operating partner pressure-testing a thesis across a portfolio, a CFO bracing for capital markets shifts, a family office reading the long horizon, or a board carrying generational responsibility — the pilot is for you.

Next step

A thirty-minute conversation. We see if the work fits.
