Signal Watch is the catalog of macro inputs Palanor tracks — equity indices, commodities, FX, rates, employment, consumer credit, prediction markets, sector indicators, more. You subscribe to the ones that matter, set strength, and Numen weights them across every scenario.
Strength, not stars
Each signal carries a strength rating from 0.0 to 1.0. 0.6 is the default — meaningful but not dominating. 0.9+ is reserved for the keystone signal in your map. 0.2 is ancillary, kept around for color. The math uses strength as a continuous multiplier; concentrated maps with 5–10 signals at thoughtful strengths read more clearly than diffuse maps with 30 signals at neutral defaults.
Sparklines
Every row has a filled microchart of the last ~30 observations. The fill goes cyan when the trend is up over the window, coral when it is down. This is at-a-glance reading — for the full series, click into the signal.
Prediction markets
Kalshi markets are first-class signals. They carry the same strength dial and contribute to scenario probabilities like any FRED series. The unit is "probability" (0.0–1.0), so a market trading at 67¢ for YES contributes a signal value of 0.67.
